1.
Take a leaf of Chinese Cabbage.
Spread uncooked bacon on top of the leaf.
Add a second layer of cabbage.
And a second layer of bacon.
You may add a third layer of each if you like.
Top with a layer of cabbage.

Cut vertically into 3 equal pieces. Tie both ends of each piece
with string.

Carefully lay each piece into a wide pot.
Cover with
water.

Bring to a boil. Remove scum from water’s surface.
Simmer
until
bacon fat gets soft.
Then add salt and black pepper.
5.
Lift each piece out carefully with a spatula.
6.Serve
hot.
