Shirataki-noodle into 2 inch and boil
for 5 minutes with hot water.
Drain and rinse with water. |

Cut potato into a little big bite-sized
chunk.
Cut carrot into bite-sized chunk.
Cut onion into wedges.. |

Put all Recipe's
condiments in a ball and mix well. |
|
Sauté the beef (pork) and vegetables with vegetable oil.
Add shirataki into the pan. |

Pour sauce(#3) into the pan. |

Simmer medium heat until the potatoes
are fully cooked.
Skim off any impurities that rise to the surface. |

Use boiled pea pod for garnish. |
