Mix all Recipe's condiments
except grated ginger
and vegetable oil. |

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the beef. |

Heat a frying pan well and add the
oil. |
|
Change the fire to high flame and grill
the beef to brown on the surface. Flip the beef and grill it to the same
color. (Try to not move the beef too often.) |

Take the beef out of the pan, cut it, and put on dish as you like.
Add
recipe's vegetable oil in the same pan and heat
it. Add
grated ginger and stir fry for 30second. |

Add the sauce from step1 and heat to boil. |
|
Put the sauce on the beef and serve. |
