Teriyaki Chicken is one of the most popular Japanese dish worldwide.
There are many way to cook teriyaki-chicken. This recipe introduce a flour coating pan-fried chicken-teriyaki.

 Directions:

  
 
Put all Recipe's condiments in a bowl and mix well.
Make a notch in thick part of the chicken.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the chicken.
Put flour on both sides of the chicken, so that chicken is completely coated.
Heat a frying pan well and add the oil.
Change the fire to medium flame and grill the chicken to brown on the surface. Change the fire to low flame and grill the chicken.
Flip the chicken and grill it to the complete with low flame.
Take the chicken out of the pan, cut it, and put on dish as you like.
Add the sauce from step1 in the same pan and heat it.
Add the dissolved cornstarch and thicken the sauce.
Put the sauce on the chicken and serve.
