Put all the Recipe's
condiments in a bowl and mix. |

Cut the Black cod into
thick pieces. |

Cover up the black cod with Recipe's Miso
sauce. |

Keep it in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. |

Rinse Miso sauce with cold water
quickly. |

Grill the Black cod at 180C° (350F° ) until cooked. |
