Unagi
(Fresh water ell)
Grated Ginger
Cucumber  

Uzaku is Unagi (Fresh water ell) salad. It is one of Japanese Sunomono dish.
Sunomono is vinegar'ed dishes. You can enjoy Unagi and vinegar flavor together in the same dish.

 Directions:

  
 
Slice the cucumber thinly and sprinkle salt over the sliced cucumber.
And set aside for 15 minutes.
Put all the Recipe's condiments in a bowl and mix. 
Cut the grilled unagi into bite-size pieces.
Place  the unagi skin side up on a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle unagi sauce if needed.
Broil the unagi.
Rinse sliced cucumber with cold water and squeeze well to remove the water.
Put the unagi and cucumber in another bowl.
Pour the vinegar sauce over the unagi and cucumber.
Grated ginger or roast sesame seed is used for garnish.
