Slice the cucumber
thinly and sprinkle salt over
the sliced cucumber.
And set aside for 15 minutes. |

Put all the Recipe's
condiments in a bowl and mix. |

Cut the grilled unagi into bite-size
pieces.
Place the unagi skin side up on a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle unagi sauce if
needed. |

Broil the unagi. |
|
Rinse sliced cucumber with cold water
and squeeze well to remove the water. |
|
Put the unagi and cucumber in another
bowl.
Pour the vinegar sauce over the unagi and cucumber. |
|
Grated ginger or roast sesame seed is
used for garnish. |
