Ponzu Sauce

Ponzu-sauce is a very popular sauce for many kinds of Japanese dishes.
Ponzu-sauce is very easy to make, and homemade is the best!  Make some and try on your own dishes such as Shabu-shabu, grilled chicken, steak, tofu etc. You can make other sauces using Ponzu-sauce such as salad dressing, dumpling sauce, and so on.

4  Soy sauce-Koikuchi [?]
4  Ponzu Vinegar [?]
2  Rice Vinegar  [?]
1  Sake [?]
1  Hon Mirin [?]
a little  Dried Kelp
a little  Dried Bonito Flake
 
 

 Directions:

  
 
Add all Recipe's condiments in a bowl. (Do not use aluminum bowl.)
Leave it overnight and strain dried stuff. The liquid is the ponzu-sauce.
 

If you are busy, use instant Dashi powder [?]instead of Dried Kelp and Bonito Flake. So you don't have to wait a whole day.
