is a very popular sauce for many kinds of Japanese dishes.
Ponzu-sauce is very easy to make, and homemade is the best! Make
some and try on your own dishes such as Shabu-shabu, grilled chicken,
steak, tofu etc. You can make other sauces using Ponzu-sauce such as
salad dressing, dumpling sauce, and so on.
