Mabo - Tofu

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Green onion
Ground pork Vegetable oil
Kinugoshi-tofu Corn starch
Grated Ginger/Garlic  

Mabo Tofu is a popular Szechwan Chinese dish. It is a combination of Tofu (bean curd) and minced meat (Pork or beef).

6   Chuka-broth  [?] (water + powder)
1   Soy-Koikuchi [?]
0.5   Sake [?]
0.2   Tobanjan (spicy chili sauce) [?]

 Directions:

  
 
Heat frying pan in medium heat and add a tea spoon full of vegetable oil. Add a small amount of grated garlic and ginger in the pan and fry them.
Add the ground pork in the pan and stir fry them until it is brown in high flame. Add chopped green onion.
Add the Recipe's condiments except Sesame oil in the pan. 
Cut tofu in bite size and add into the pan. Add sesame oil for flavor.
Heat it up until Boil.
Add the dissolved cornstarch and thicken the sauce.
