Slice the Takenoko and cook. (Refer to
Takenoko Umani.) |

Put all of Recipe1's
condiments in a bowl and mix well. |

Rinse the rice with cold water. Change the
water a couple times. |

Soak the rice with cold water
for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Drain the water. |

<Use the rice cooker to cook.>
Put rice and recipe1's sauce into the rice cooker.

When rice is cooked, loosen the rice and mix
the cooked Takenoko from step 1. |
