Takenoko-takikomi-gohan is a Japanese rice dish seasoned with takikomi-dashi and bamboo shoots.

 Directions:

  
 
Slice the Takenoko and cook. (Refer to Takenoko Umani.)
Put all of Recipe1's condiments in a bowl and mix well.
Rinse the rice with cold water. Change the water a couple times.
Soak the rice with cold water for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Drain the water.
<Use the rice cooker to cook.>
Put rice and recipe1's sauce into the rice cooker.
(Please refer to the recipe2's ratio.)
When rice is cooked, loosen the rice and mix the cooked Takenoko from step 1.
