Satoimo (Taro potato)  
Ika (Squid)  

Satoimo (koimo) is taro potato and Ika is squid in Japanese.
One of the best Nimono dish in Izakaya style Restaurant in Japan.
Satoimo and Ika are very good combination of taste.

1   Sake [?]
1   Soy sauce-Koikuchi [?]

 Directions:

  
 
Slice the ginger.
Boil the Satoimo until cooked and drain the hot water.
Boil the sliced Ika about 5 second and drain the hot water.
Put all the Recipe's condiments in a pot.
Add the Satoimo, Ika and ginger into the pot and heat it up until boil.
Simmer low heat for about 20 minutes.
