Satoimo Tori Wine-ni

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Green Bean
Satoimo (Taro potato) Corn starch
Chicken
Raisins
 

Satoimo is taro potato and Tori is chicken in Japanese.
Red wine and raisins are used to give it a Western taste.

 Directions:

  
 
Boil the Satoimo until cooked and drain the hot water.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Coat the chicken with corn starch.
Put all the Recipe's condiments in a pot.
Add Satoimo into the pot and heat it up until Satoimo are cooked.
Add the chicken and raisins in a pot.
Simmer low heat for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with green beans or snow peas.
