Boil the Satoimo until cooked and
drain the hot water. |

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Coat the chicken with corn starch. |

Put all the Recipe's
condiments in a pot.
Add Satoimo into the pot and heat it up until Satoimo are cooked. |

Add the chicken and raisins in a pot. |
|
Simmer low heat for about 10 minutes. |
|
Garnish with green beans or snow peas. |
