Add a small piece of roasted seaweed on the sushi rice. |

Cut the tamagoyaki about 2.5cm thick and

Place the tamagoyaki on as shown like the image. |

Place the cucumber on front of the
tamagoyaki. |

|
Place the fish from the right side. Fold
the top part of the fish. |

Slice the lemon about 5mm thick and peel
the skin like the image. |

|
Put the shrimp in front of the lemon. |

|
Put the Ikura or Uni on the shiso-leaf.
Also place the Gari and Wasabi on the front. |
