Put all the Recipe's
ingredients in a pot and heat it up. |

Boil for 1 minutes and cool it down.
Now, ohitashi sauce is ready. |

At the same time, boil hot water in
the another
pot. |

Cut the okura for proper
length. |

Put the okura into the boiling water.

Boil the okura until cooked.
Please do not boil too much. |

Put the okura into the cold water and
cool it down.
Drain the water well. |

Put the okura into the cold ohitashi
sauce. |
 |
Dish up the okura with
ohitashi sauce.
Garnish with bonito flakes or
sesame seed, if desired. |
