pork.
Serve with shredded cabbage and other sliced vegetables such as tomato.
Use Tonkatsu sauce or Worcestershire sauce for
dipping.

Heat up
10 -12 cm (4 inches) of oil in a wok. |

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
